From there, you can select the specific item you wish to return and follow the on-screen instructions. If you checked out as a guest, you can use our online Returns Center by entering your order number and email address.

Once you have submitted your request, you will receive instructions on how to package your item securely. It is crucial to pack the item carefully to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of an item that is lost in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges

Upon receiving your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.
